የትግራይ ልማት ማህበር በትግራይ የልማት እንቅስቃሴዎችን ልማድረግ 1.5 ቢሊዮን በር ባጀት እንደመደበ ተገለጸ። ማህበሩ 27 ፕሮጀክቶችን በ34 አራት ወርዳዎች ለማድረግ ያቀደ ሲሆን፣ ከመንግስት አካል ዉጭ በሆነ በአንድ ተራ ድኦ ነኝ በሚል ድርጅት ይህን አይነት ባጀት ሲመደብ ይሄ የመጀመሪያው ሊሆን እንደሚችል ይገመታል።
ድርጅቱ ገንዘቡን ከየት እንደሚያመጣ፣ ተመሳሳይ ሌሎች እንቅስቃሴዎች በሌሎች ክልሎችም ስለመኖራቸው የሚታወቅ ነገር የለም።
ፓርላማዉም ሆነ የሃይለማሪያም ደሳለኝ ጽ/ቤት ሳይሆን ሳይሆን ፣ የሕወሃት ጥቂት ቡድኖች የአገሪቷን የመንግስት ካዝና እንደተቆጣጠሩት የሚናገሩት ተንታኞች ፣ በርዳታ ስም የሚመጣዉም ገንዘብ ወደዚህ የልማት ድርጅት በማዞር የተገኘ ገንዝብ ሊሆን እንደሚችል ይናገራሉ።
በፓርላማ ባጀት ከተመደበ ከዚህ በፊት እንደሚያደረጉት፣ ብዙ ገንዘብ ለትግራይ ክል ለመመደብ ሊያስቸግራቸው ይችላል» ያሉት እኝሁ ተንታኝ «ፕሮጀክቶቹ የሚሰሩት በመንገስ ሳይሆን በግለሰቦች ነው የሚል ሰበብ ለመስጠት እንዲችሉ ነው ይሄን ዘዴ የሚጠቀሙት» ሲሉ አሁን ያለው የሕወሃት መንግስት የኢትዮጵያን ሕዝብ በሙሉ ሳይሆን አንድ አካባቢን ብቻ ለመጠቀም የቆመ እንደሆነ ያስረዱት።

The Relief Society of Tigray (REST) Approves Over 1.5 Billion ETB for 2015 FY
For the implementation of 27 different projects in 34 rural wereda of Tigray regional state, REST the only strong local NGO in Ethiopia, allocated 1, 547, 147, 623 ETB for this 2015 fiscal year.
With this amount of money around 2 million Tigrean people will be secure from natural as well as social shocks either in agriculture and environmental rehabilitation development, rural water supply development, irrigation development, health services, education and other integrated social protection projects. In the year of 2015 FY some 20 projects are planned in all 34 weredas of Tigray regional state to be performed by REST in collaboration with our partners, donors, the regional government of Tigray and the people. REST staff cordially invited by the executive director to be in the front line in order to achieve the desired outcomes.
